For the first time besides the Lido and the Miramare a third construction was built: the wood and burlap veranda of the still existing Golfo Paradiso Restaurant. 

The beach finally assumed the current appearance;  in the ground where  physically begins the Cape of Portofino lies the Villa Tassara, now the luxurious Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi building; but for a while it also became, between the two world wars, a bathing establishment.
