The same sailing boats of the previous photo N° 28 seen from another perspective: the picture has been released from the Dock.

On the cliff spur covered by trees in the center of the photo there will be built, around fifteen years after, the building that will accommodate the well known Hotel - Restaurant "Rosa".

On the right we see the Small Pier's Building, where many shipowners had "scagno" (the head office) from which they directed the traffics of their sail ships scattered around the whole world.
