In the year 1955 the Fish Feast  was transmitted for the first time in TV - Eurovision.

One of the television cameras can be noticed under the beach umbrella at the beginning of the pier.

It was the definitive launch: millions of people could see the giant pan of Camogli in the middle of a crowd.

From then the gargantuan pan was demanded and send in many cities: Passignano sul Trasimeno, Turin, Cremona, Florence, Ypres, Tokio, Gernsheim Am Rhein, Düsseldorf and many other cities in Italy and outside.

The Japanese of Yokohama, as usual, after receiving the original, made one copy of the same pan for their future festivals.
